Steve Bartlett, Nacogdoches City Engineer, was the guest speaker at the Wednesday, May 3, 2017 noon meeting of the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches.   Mr. Bartlett presented a program on the current highway projects in and around Nacogdoches.  Projects included upcoming bridge projects on Starr and East Austin streets and the I69 flyover in Nacogdoches and relief routes in Lufkin, Diboll and Corrigan.

High School Rotary Scholarship Recipients were introduced as guests of the club.  The Rotary Club presents multiple scholarships annually to Nacogdoches County High School Seniors based on selected criteria which include performance in the classroom, participation in extra-curricular activities, an essay on the Rotary Four-Way Test and performance in an individual interview.
