Bud Dewitt, manager of The Fredonia Hotel, and John McLaren, general manager of The Fredonia Hotel and Convention Center, were guest speakers at the Wednesday, May 17, 2017 noon meeting of the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches.
Bud Dewitt, manager of The Fredonia Hotel, and John McLaren, general manager of The Fredonia Hotel and Convention Center, were guest speakers at the Wednesday, May 17, 2017, noon meeting of the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches. Mr. Dewitt and Mr. McLaren presented a program updating the progress of the renovation of the hotel and provided many before and after pictures detailing its history and the improvements in process of being completed. The Fredonia is scheduled to open sometime in mid-June and is expected to be a primary attraction generating significant visitor and economic enhancement to all Nacogdoches. Paul Anderson was presented his Blue Badge by Rotary Red Badge Chairman Gary Lee Ashcraft.
