Dr. Michael Tkacik, Professor of Government and Director of the School of Honors at Stephen F. Austin State University was the guest speaker at the Wednesday, January 8, 2017, meeting of the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches. Dr. Tkacik teaches classes that study Terrorism and American Foreign Policy and writes lectures on Honors pedagogy at the University. His program provided theory, education, and assessment of the systemic roots of Terrorism in the 21st century.
