Ms. Felicia Cox, Victim Assistance Coordinator for the Nacogdoches County Attorney’s Office was the guest speaker at the Wednesday, March 8, 2017, meeting of the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches.  Ms. Cox provided a presentation of the assistance her office and staff provides to crime victims in our community.

Grace Handler, owner of Farmer’s Insurance - Grace Handler Agency was installed as a new member of the club by Rotary Membership Chairman, Dr. James Standley
 
Taylor Castillo, local home school student provided information and a request of the club for volunteer judges to assist in the upcoming National Christian Forensics and Communications Association Regional Debate and Speech Competition to be held March 30th -April 1st at Calvary Baptist Church.  The NCFCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing communications-based competitive activities, such as speech and debate, to homeschooled high school students.  The NCFCA places emphasis on excellence in academic and personal integrity as students learn to communicate more effectively.
